| What an adventure this job was. Off to Newport Rhode Island for the winter to create the 19th century. I had been watching America's Castles and had seen a segment about the mansions of Newport and had thought, "Someday I'm going to go see those places." Three months later I was there. Further proof that you should be careful what you wish for. | |

| It was March in Rhode Island, it was cold as hell and I had no car and a three day weekend...What to do...Ah! Rent a red convertible, put the top down and drive up the coast to Maine! It was a great way to have some Maine lobster. We stopped to see the Mayflower and Plymouth Rock on the way. | ![]() ![]() ![]() |
