We are working on this page.  It is FAR from finished.

What an adventure this job was.   Off to Newport Rhode Island for the winter to create the 19th century.  I had been watching America's Castles and had seen a segment about the mansions of Newport and had thought, "Someday I'm going to go see those places."   Three months later I was there.  Further proof that you should be careful what you wish for.
Seeing a bunch of the historical sites around Rhode Island and a number more of them through out  New England reminded me of how new everything is in Los Angeles.

The exterior of the Breakers mansion.  In the film we used both Rosecliff and Marble House, but not the Breakers...
The interior of The Breakers mansion in Newport (has nothing to do with the film, I just like this place)
The church where JFK was married.  An amazing place to be sure.  We set up a shot here that was never filmed.  It was still a treat to be able to explore this place.  It is very impressive.
Mystic Seaport Conneticut.
A beautiful small town with tons of history.

It was March in Rhode Island, it was cold as hell and I had no car and a three day weekend...What to do...Ah!  Rent a red convertible, put the top down and drive up the coast to Maine!  It was a great way to have some Maine lobster.  We stopped to see the Mayflower and Plymouth Rock on the way.
